Our office hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, with after-hours services available for crisis support and scheduled appointments only.

Monday – Friday, Weekends for crisis and scheduled appointments only

On an as-needed, scheduled basis.

We accept Medicaid and private payment options.

We follow the current approved Medicaid and Medicare fee schedules for the state of Maryland.

We welcome self-referrals, walk-ins, and referrals from community agencies, insurers, healthcare providers, and government agencies.

Specific Services Offered

All services are provided by licensed or certified behavioral health professionals. We offer outpatient evaluation and treatment for patients needing less than 9 hours weekly (adults) or 6 hours weekly (adolescents). Patients must meet ASAM Level I criteria and be physically and emotionally stable to function in their environment. Services include assessments within 2 weeks of admission, personalized treatment plans, case management, individual/group counseling, family services, and referrals for medical exams, vocational support, mental health services, legal assistance, and social services.

Entry Criteria

Our Outpatient Substance Abuse Program provides flexible, structured care for adolescents and adults, offering less than 9 hours per week for adults and 6 hours for adolescents. This level of care focuses on recovery and motivational enhancement therapies, tailored to meet individual needs. Designed for clients who can function in their daily environment, services are provided in a range of settings and guided by an ASAM dimensional needs assessment, ensuring personalized and effective support for those seeking long-term recovery.

Transition / Exit Criteria

Discharge and transition planning are integral parts of our program from start to finish. Clients are ready for discharge or transition when they achieve their individualized goals and are referred to appropriate support services. Discharge may also occur if a client stops attending regularly or opts not to participate actively in the program.

Description Of The Program

Our Outpatient (OP) Program at Devine Interventions offers flexible, evidence-based treatment for individuals seeking support with substance use and mental health challenges. Designed for those who need less intensive care, our OP services provide structured counseling and therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique needs. With less than 9 hours of weekly service for adults and 6 hours for adolescents, this program focuses on recovery, skill-building, and motivational therapies, empowering clients to maintain stability and progress in their daily lives. Our compassionate, licensed professionals deliver care in a variety of settings, including in-office, virtual, and community-based options, ensuring accessibility and support throughout the recovery journey.

Philosophy Of The Program

Our behavioral health programs help individuals develop and maintain coping skills for successful adjustment and integration into their home and community environments. Clients and families are empowered to actively participate in their care, with the goal of enhancing quality of life. Our services are designed to support recovery and well-being, reduce symptoms, build resilience, restore functioning, and promote community integration for those we serve.

Program Goals

The goal of our program is to improve individuals’ quality of life by providing specialized mental health services in an outpatient setting. Our focus includes key areas such as recovery, vocational and educational growth, parenting skills, relationship building, spirituality, coping strategies, anger management, and managing grief and loss. The program aims to enhance daily mood and emotional well-being, strengthen social and family relationships, and reduce the need for higher levels of care.
